1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the More Inspection International Services (“MIIS”, “More Inspection”, “we”, “us” or “our”) website, services and related business activities.

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

For these Terms:

• “MIIS” means More Inspection International Services.
• “Client” means any person, company or organization requesting or receiving services from MIIS.
• “Services” means inspection, QA/QC, expediting, surveillance, testing coordination, engineering support, technical consulting and related services.
• “Inspector” means a qualified inspector, engineer, technician or other professional assigned to an inspection or technical assignment.
• “Report” means an inspection report, surveillance report, expediting report, checklist, certificate or other technical deliverable issued by MIIS.

3. Website Use

You may use the MIIS website for lawful business and informational purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to website systems.
• Introduce malicious software, code or harmful material.
• Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without authorization.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

4. Inspection & Professional Services

MIIS provides professional engineering inspection and related technical services according to the agreed scope, applicable specifications, codes, standards and project requirements.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, MIIS does not warrant that an inspection will identify every existing or potential defect, nonconformity or future failure.

5. Quotations, Orders & Acceptance

Quotations issued by MIIS are based on the information available at the time of preparation and may be subject to assumptions, exclusions and stated validity periods.

A service assignment becomes effective when accepted by both parties through an appropriate written confirmation, purchase order, service order, contract or other agreed method.

Any change to the agreed scope may result in additional fees, expenses, time or resources.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate and sufficient information necessary for MIIS to perform the agreed services.

Depending on the assignment, the Client may be required to provide:

• Approved drawings and specifications.
• Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Applicable codes and standards.
• Approved procedures and quality documentation.
• Vendor and manufacturer information.
• Safe access to the inspection location.
• Necessary permits, site induction and safety requirements.

7. Inspection Reports & Deliverables

MIIS reports are prepared based on observations, information and documentation available to the assigned inspector during the agreed inspection or surveillance activity.

Reports are intended for the Client and authorized project stakeholders for the purpose for which they were issued.

No person may materially alter, manipulate, reproduce or misrepresent an MIIS report without written authorization.

Where a report contains photographs, measurements, observations or technical comments, these should be interpreted within the agreed inspection scope.

8. Fees & Payment

Fees are specified in the applicable quotation, proposal, purchase order, contract or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Invoices are payable according to the agreed payment terms.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
• Travel, accommodation, transportation, special equipment, testing or other expenses may be charged where applicable.
• Applicable taxes, duties or government charges may be added where required.

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling of an inspection assignment may be subject to charges depending on the timing of the cancellation and costs already incurred by MIIS.

Any applicable cancellation conditions will normally be stated in the quotation, service agreement or assignment confirmation.

10. Confidentiality

MIIS recognizes that engineering projects may involve confidential technical, commercial and proprietary information.

MIIS will use reasonable measures to protect confidential information received in connection with its services, subject to applicable contracts and legal obligations.

Confidential information may be disclosed where required by law, regulation, court order or authorized project requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the MIIS website, branding, logos, text, graphics, templates, systems, software, documents and original materials remain the intellectual property of MIIS or its respective licensors.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit MIIS intellectual property without prior written authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability

MIIS will perform its services with reasonable professional care and in accordance with the agreed scope.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MIIS will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of its website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Third-Party Services & Information

MIIS may use or reference third-party service providers, laboratories, testing organizations, software platforms, inspectors, consultants or other professional resources where appropriate.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, conditions and limitations.

14. Inspection Marketplace

MIIS may develop an online engineering and inspection marketplace connecting Clients, Inspectors, Suppliers, Engineering Professionals and Service Providers.

Where marketplace functionality is introduced, additional marketplace-specific terms may apply to registration, profiles, job assignments, service transactions, payments, reviews, ratings and professional verification.

Registration or listing on the marketplace does not automatically constitute an endorsement or guarantee of a user’s qualifications, performance or commercial suitability unless expressly stated by MIIS.

15. Privacy & Personal Information

MIIS may collect and process personal information in connection with website use, inquiries, service requests, recruitment, marketplace activities and business communications.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the MIIS Privacy Policy and applicable privacy and data protection laws.

16. Force Majeure

MIIS will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemic or pandemic events, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, transportation disruption, strikes, telecommunications failures or other similar events.

17. Termination

Either party may terminate a service assignment in accordance with the applicable contract, purchase order or agreed commercial terms.

Termination will not normally affect rights or obligations that accrued before the effective termination date.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Thailand.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication and negotiation.

Where an amicable resolution cannot be achieved, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate court or dispute resolution mechanism having jurisdiction under applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

MIIS may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its services, website, business operations or applicable legal requirements.
