Monitor fit-up, welding, tube-to-tube sheet joints, headers, drums, supports, structural components, and assembly activities.

Witness and verify RT, UT, MT, PT, PMI, hardness testing, ferrite testing, and review NDT reports.
💧 Pressure Testing
Witness hydrostatic tests, pneumatic tests, leak testing, functional testing, and pressure retention verification.
📏 Dimensional Inspection
Verify critical dimensions, nozzle orientation, tube pitch, flange alignment, and overall equipment geometry.
🎨 Surface Protection
Inspect blasting, painting, coating systems, insulation interfaces, corrosion protection, and preservation.
📦 Final Inspection
Verify nameplates, marking, preservation, packing, shipping documentation, and release for shipment.
