Reports provided through the Marketplace may be subject to additional project-specific contractual requirements.

11. Fees & Payments

Service fees may be agreed directly between the Client and Service Provider or processed through Marketplace functionality where such functionality is offered.

MIIS may update these Marketplace Terms as the Marketplace evolves, new functionality is introduced or applicable legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

22. Governing Law

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific written agreement, these Marketplace Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Thailand.

Any dispute concerning these Terms should first be addressed through good-faith communication and negotiation.
